Heinz Performance and Heinz OLS have over 30 years of experience in the automotive and tuning world, and are a well-respected name in international motorsport. That expertise is the foundation behind every tuning file available on the platform.

What are the support hours?

What are the support hours? The team is available Tuesday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00 (CET/CEST – Central European Time). Heinz OLS is closed on Mondays and Sundays. You can also reach them by email via the contact form on the website.

Which makes and models are supported?

The catalogue is extensive and continuously growing. Recent additions include the Porsche Taycan, Audi e-Tron, BMW and Mercedes (post-2020 with new Bosch ECUs), Ford Transit, Ford Ranger, and VW Amarok with the Siemens SID213 ECU.

Are the tuning files tested for safety?

Are the tuning files tested for safety? Yes. All tuning files are developed and tested in-house by Heinz Performance’s own engineers on one of their four 4×4 dynamometer rooms. Every file is validated for both performance and driving safety before release.

What if I can’t find the tuning file for my vehicle?

If your specific vehicle isn’t listed in the current catalogue, you can submit a request via the personal File Service. Heinz will then develop a custom tuning file tailored to your requirements.

Can I create an account as a private individual?

Can I create an account as a private individual? No, Heinz OLS works exclusively with professional tuning companies. You need a business account to gain access to the platform and the available tuning files.

How does the credits system work?

How does the credits system work? To download tuning files you need credits. There are two types: EVC Credits (from €120) and Tuning File Credits (from €140). You purchase a credits package and use those credits to download the files you need through your account.

What is Heinz OLS and who is it for?

Heinz OLS is the reseller division of Heinz Performance, supplying professional tuning files and mappacks to chiptuning companies worldwide. The service is exclusively aimed at professionals in the tuning industry, not private individuals.
